1. Overview
Trellis is a customer growth platform operated by Keep Me Connected Inc ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trellis platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Trellis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Trellis provides tools that assist retailers in generating customer follow-up messages, tracking communication outcomes, and identifying relationship-driven sales opportunities.
Trellis uses artificial intelligence to help generate suggested messaging. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications before sending them to customers.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree not to share account access with unauthorized users or attempt to access other users' accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Trellis to:
- Send spam or unsolicited mass communications
- Harass, threaten, or mislead customers
- Transmit illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Trellis may generate suggested messages using artificial intelligence. These messages are provided for assistance only.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before sending it to customers.
Keep Me Connected is not responsible for communications sent by users through external systems such as email, SMS, or messaging platforms.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of Trellis may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the customer information and business data you input into Trellis.
By using the Service, you grant us permission to process that data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep Trellis available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep Me Connected shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Trellis.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using Trellis at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
